These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our videography, photography, media production, and related services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Provided

We provide professional media services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Videography and video production

• Photography

• Drone footage (if applicable and legally permitted)

• Editing and post-production

• Content creation for marketing, branding, or personal use

All services will be outlined in a separate agreement, invoice, or project proposal.

2. Booking and Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure a booking date.

• Full payment terms will be outlined in the invoice or contract.

• Final deliverables will not be released until full payment is received.

• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled shoot may forfeit the deposit.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and project details

• Ensure access to all agreed locations

• Obtain necessary permissions for filming locations, if required

• Secure model releases or property releases when applicable

• Be responsible for any permits unless otherwise agreed in writing

Delays caused by the client may result in additional fees.

5. Delivery of Content

• Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

• Final delivery will be in digital format unless otherwise agreed.

• Raw footage is not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

• Revisions may be included depending on the package purchased; additional revisions may incur fees.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Company retains full copyright ownership of all raw and edited media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are granted a usage license for personal or commercial use based on the agreed scope.

• The Company reserves the right to use all media for portfolio, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the project begins.

7. Model and Property Releases

The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for individuals, locations, or private property featured in the content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

• We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, technical failures, or third-party delays.

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Weather and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Equipment failure

• Illness

• Government restrictions

In such cases, services will be rescheduled when possible.

10. Revisions and Edits

• Editing style will be consistent with the Company’s portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

• Minor revisions may be included depending on the package.

• Additional edits beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services, paying a deposit, or entering into a contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
